After a long and successful career as a professional hockey player in the NHL, Peter decided he would keep his feet grounded in the South Florida area. He caught the attention of your Owls a not long after he took over the head coach position at North Broward Prep. In a short period of time he created a powerhouse program there. He proved to us all that given the right resources, success was just a formality for any team he coached. The Owls are proud to have Peter behind the bench and look forward to many years of winning and growth as a program.
Assistant Coach and General Manager- Scott Grosky
Scott has been a part of our team since 2005. Working along side Coach Tim Frost and now Coach Worrell, Scott has honed his skills and has become one of the top assistant coaches in the ACHA. His ability to teach, as well as his ability to listen to players needs makes him a popular figure in and around the locker room. Goaltending Coach and Assistant GM- Erik Bentley
Erik played for the Owls from 2004-2009. In this time, a bond was formed between he and his team. After a successful run as the Owls starting goaltender, Erik assumed the responsonsibilty of Goaltending Coach and Assistant GM. He is proud to be a part of something big and believes that in time, the FAU will be a premier desination for any player looking to advance their hockey career.
